Similar to 211 Alberta, 311 Edmonton is a non-emergency contact for city government information, and services which provides people in Edmonton with a contact point for any city needs or resources available.
Available online or through the 311 app. This services lets individuals submit tickets for city matters such as vandalism, unlit streetlights, illegal parking, bylaw violations and other local city issues.

The Neighbourhood Response Tool is a guide that helps you make the right call in a range of situations, such as vandalism, property or business concerns, intoxication or wild animals within city limits, intended to increase safety and minimize risk.

The Edmonton Crime Map is an interactive platform which provides for free, crime statistics and trends occuring within Edmonton with details of locations, dates and types of crimes that occurred. This is an EPS resource designed to increase transparency and promate safety and awareness of occurances in Edmonton and neighbourhoods.
