Welcome to the Hairsine Community League (HCL) website – the digital hub of our diverse and inclusive community, encompassing Hairsine, Kirkness, Clareview Town Centre, and Ebbers. The HCL was formed on March 24, 1980.
Our boundaries stretch from 153 Ave to the North, Victoria Trail to the East, Manning Drive to the West, and 137 Ave to the South. As an integral part of District C within the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues, we collaborate with neighboring communities, including Bannerman, Fraser, Homesteader, Horse Hill, South Clareview, and the Edmonton Evergreen Community Association.
Here, we invite you to actively engage, contribute, and connect with your fellow residents.
